I have been given the job of reorganizing our club's website. DNN has been suggested to me by a fellow member and it appears a good idea at 1st glance (here). However, we ideally would like the functionality of hosting a photo gallery editor like Image Island that individual members can log into and upload their photos to without having to go through an administrator. Does DNN offer this functionality and if it does, can anyone provide a link or whatever for more info? Thanks for any feedback.

as a member of a photoclub I recommend Simple Gallery by Ventrian. It is quite easy to set up, and very uncomplicated for users to create their own albums and upload their photos. The module display single photos and slide shows in a lightbox, and is very cheap (and you get a lot of other useful modules with this subsciption model).

As a reference, here is the Url of our club: http://www.fgi.or.at. In the menu "Portfolios", you find the names of our members and there the galleries.
