Hi,

I have DNN module template installed on my system with different name space but now I want to develop module with different name space. Guide me how to do this.

Alternatively you can say I want to specify the namespace while creating a new module.

are you talking about Namespace (used in source code of the module) or Domain name (as shown in URLs)?

Hi

One way to change namespace is,

- Create a new module from visual studio using a dnn compiled module template
- From Solution Explorer right click on project go to properties and change its namespace
- Open view.ascx.cs (code-behind part of view control page) Replace all the existing namespace to the new space that you have given in project properties window.

Thanks
