Your password you have used to connect to the database is wrong. By security issues you should never use the 'sa' database user to connect to your database. Create a new database user and assign it to your database with the dbo schema and assign it as dbowner.

Make sure you have correct seting up the protocolls for the SQL Server.

If you use the auto install feature of the install wizard you have setup the two connection strings in the web.config file.

Make sure you have also set read permissions to the IUser and access, read,, write and change permissions for your application pool user (mostly used the network service) for all physical files and subfolders in your DNN folder.
