Hello all,

Now that I have everything set up almost perfectly, I'm curious what the modules listed under the add module list are if most modules have to be deployed (something that I'm getting quite good at after only running through a couple of installations).  Under that box, aside from HTML (the default prior to the deployment of any others), I see file manager, list, content list, solutions, search results, and many others (total is 34).  What exactly are all these in relationship to module deployment, and what are they doing under there?  I'm running DNN 6 if that helps you as well.  Thanks for any responses.

Chromebuster,

I am not sure what you mean but I guess you mean the list of modules that are installed and can be added to the current page.

A "new" module is a new instance of the selected module, an "existing" module is a reference to a module already added to another page.

Best wishes
Michael
