Just got done installing DNN 6.2.  This is my first time using DNN so please bear with me.  I have a problem where whenever I log out of admin account the site stops displaying properly.  It breaks all links to stylesheets and scripts.  As well as the images.  When I am logged in the site displays fine. This seems like a permissions issue because it redirects me to the login page when I try to access these blocked items directly.  I have all the IIS USR and NETWORK S permissions to full control and all the settings I can find in the dnn admin panel set to public.  Please Help!

please compare source code of the (same) page prior to login with after login, there might be missing a link to a css file.

Everything seems to be the same in the headers, after testing this further I found that if I open the "website" through VS2010 and then run it through the debugger the website works fine, whether I am logged in or not. But if I browse the project through the IIS panel it only works whiled logged in...This leads me to believe that this is possibly a virtual directory issue?

most likely there are settings for your VDir or inherited from the website , which interfere with DNN cookie or authentication.
