I recently (last two weeks) have started getting the following error when I log in as an administrator and perform the following action.   

Admin -> User Accounts and select the "Unauthorized" button

Any assistance in resolving this would be much appreciated.   My web host provider couldn't help.   Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum.
