Can someone please direct me to the place where I change section titles? Thanks.

What exactly do you mean by "section titles"? Are you referring to the modules on your page?

If you are looking to change the module titles, just hover over the module and go into the module settings... there you will find the module title & should be able to update it there.

Also, what version of DNN are you using?

Using 6.2.0

Could use more specific help. What do I do when I go to the Modules, do I click on Add New Module or Add to Existing Module? And then what specific steps do I take? I want to edit the title of a page.

To edit the title of a page, you would go to the page settings and edit the title.

This video, from the video library page, should show you what you want to know: Creating a page in DotNetNuke. While this details creating a page, it shows you the field where the name can be edited.
