When creating new portals on a DNN website, does the server require a reboot? Or would the server reboot for some reason after you create a new portal?

I am trying to research a web server reboot I had this morning and the only thing I did yesterday differently than I normally do is create a child portal.  I have found nothing in the various logs.  I am trying to get with the hosting provider to see if they are doing anything to the server. Just troubleshooting.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Gayle, adding a new portal would not require or force a server reboot.

Thanks Steven.  I did not think it would, but just wanted to double check.
