I have a site running v3.1.1 and when I go into the Page Settings for any of the pages the description for each permission is not visible, only the check boxes underneath the View and Edit columns.  I haven't been able to find anyone else in the forums with the same type of problem so if anyone has an idea of how I can get these to display properly please feel free to comment. 

Still learning so thanks for any help!

I found the list of Basic Users for the Permissions in the User Manual, but the site has quite a few more users than just the basic ones.  I still cannot get them to display properly, the cursor will switch from the arrow to the text icon when I hover over them though.  I have tried running the site in compatibility mode through IE 9.  But now I must put this issue on the back  burner because when I disable a permission on our Food Cost page, it also disables the same permission for the Home page.  Does anyone have an idea why this might be happening?

Ok, so this is how new I am to all of this.  I was informed that the text for the Users on the Page Settings permissions had been changed to white text with a white background.  That still doesn't explain why changing the settings on one page makes the same change for the Home page.  I would like to hear anyone's ideas if you think you know why this is happening.
