I built a website for a client using CSS and HTML, and uploaded via an external FTP uploader. How would I go about redirecting the current .aspx pages to the new  .html? I am also given limited access.

Do you have access to the DNN site? If so, you can permanently redirect from the DNN page to another page regardless of where that page is located.

Yes I do, again, with limited access. The person who set up the whole original site got back to me and said that I should just be able to use a regular htaccess file, that it's only going from html to aspx that's a problem, but it's not working, and I've tried 100 different ways to input the code. Any suggestions as to why I would be having trouble with it?

make sure, the new start page is added as default document for the web site and this document is listed in front of default.aspx (or remove default.aspx from the list / rename the file)

The problem here is, is that when I log into my server files, there's absolutely nothing showing from DNN. So when I look at my FTP, if I didn't know any better I would think there is no current site there. The current default page is /Home/tabid/378/Default.aspx. I have my htaccess set at

"//Rewrite to www
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^myurl.com[nc]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.myurl.com/$1 [r=301,nc]

//301 Redirect Old File
Redirect 301 http://www.myurl.com/Home/tabid/378/Default.aspx

http://www.myurl.com/web/content/index.html"

Any suggestions?
