I am new to dotnetnuke.  I have couple sites that were wrote in visual 2010 dot net 4. There are many pages using master file and parameter variables to pass information to the other pages. and also has pull out data from MS sql 2008 database. I am think to use dotnetnuke so that I can use its developed modules in the future. But i wish that I don't need to rewrite all pages i have now. Is it possible for me to use Dotnetnuke? What is the best way to start? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

Even I had the same requirement. Better you convert your asp.net site to dotnetnuke.
You can use the same C# code to build modules which will give flexibility to your site.

Thanks,

Hi

First of all you need to gain some knowledge on Skinning (required for website designing) and Module Development(to add customized functionality to the site). You can refer wiki link for this: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W...

Then you need to setup dotnetnuke development environment and start migration of your asp site. For this you can refer to available videos as well:
