Hi,

When i try to edit any user from admin->User accounts
it give the below error: " How i can fix that? "

this error has been reported in Jira and is currently been fixed - unfortunately, most likely it can't make it into DNN 7.1.2, i.e. will be included in 7.2.0.
Please check table UserProfile, how images are stored inside.
