I am a new user to DNN. Currently I am using DNN community free version. I am just curious how hard it will be if I want to switch to DNN evoq in future

installing Evoq on DNN platform (formerly known as Community Edition) is just like installing an upgrade - but there is no official Option to return to the free Version afterwards - you will have to pay your license fee every year/month for each website.
