Hi folks

I'm building a new DNN 7 site, my first using DNN since the days of DNN 5.

I'm curious if there's anything built in equivalent to Sharepoint's LIST / content types?

If not, my follow-up would be whether there's any links on code libraries that help with quick CRUD. I'd like to be able to create some simple tables (1 -many) and do some HTML-based data entry. ANd then I'd like to do some reporting on it.

So I'm just trying to figure out the shortest path (less coding) to define custom tables, setup data entry forms, and create displays (data grids, reports) on that data.

I thank you in advance for any helpful comments / links to get me started. I don't mind building from scratch (vs. paying for commercial module). But I'm just wondering in today's state of DNN development, how RAD appraoches/tools might be able to help facilitate this.

Muchas gracias!

a simple attempt would be Form and List module (http://dnnfnl.codeplex.com), you may also have a look at Verntrian Property Agent or 2SCX by 2sic, depending on your requirements.
The easiest option to start with simple modules might be Razor scripts, using DNN Razor host.

Thank you!

I tinkered with 2SXC a bit. Pretty cool.

But that Razor module is exactly what I was looking for! Much appreciated!
