I use dotnetnuke. When register in this cms show message that your account must confirmed by administrator. I check Security Roles and like this image. Now what do for users after registering in site don't need to confirm by administrator?

in Admin > Site Settings, in Top of the 3rd tab, you may specify the registration mode.
Switch from private to verified (users need to confirm a link in an email sent) or public (no verification)
