Sorry folks, but I am a raw newbie and just can't find something.

I've built a very simple site, 3 pages (Home, Services, Contact). There is nothing specific on any page - just sample stuff.

On the Contact Page, I want to put on a Contact Us Form (pretty basic in any system). I cannot find this guy anywhere, and many of my web searches suggest that it is an "Add-On"...

Is this correct (i.e. it's a pay for "add-on") or am I just not looking in the right area of the system.

Again, complete newbie with DNN, much of my work has been with WP and Concrete5, so be gentle...

 Thanks.

for a simple "contact us" use free DNN Feedback module (http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com), if you need custom properties, you may use free Form and List module (http://dnnfnl.codeplex.com).

Sebastian, thankyou for the assist. I just found it surprising that this type of element is not "In The Box" as it were.

Just need to alter my thinking a bit.

 Again, thank you.

there used to be around 20 modules in the DNN package, but DNN Corp. decided to remove them.

There are no dumb questions! Welcome to the community.

You can use the Form & List as mentioned, you can also develop your own, and you can purchase robust form modules from the DNNStore if you want as well http://Store.DNNSoftware.com.
