Hello all,

I am new to DNN and trying to understand basics of the product.  The installation process went smoothly without any issue.  But, somehow, Settings --> Configuration Manager and Custom CSS window shows config text outside of the text editor from the fresh install.  I tried to start from a scratch, but the result is the same.  It seems that other interfaces work fine.

I configured two instances with same setup.  One has issue and other one doesn't have the issue.

Here is my environment.

Windows Server 2016 Standard (Hyper-V 2016 guest)
SQL
Server 2016 Standard
DNN 9.0.2

I will appreciate if anyone can assist me.

Thank you,
