I am hoping that there is some genius out there that can help me with this issue.  I have enabled BitRate Throttling in IIS 7 to see if it would help with my UVG module.  In the past, I would have a 12 meg FLV file and IIS would deliver it as quickly as possible.  This is not ideal as it uses up a lot of bandwidth and the user may not end up watching the whole video.  With throttling enabled it seems to limit the speed of the buffering but will not stop buffering even after I close out the video player and move to another page.  I think this may be happening because technically I haven't left the page since all content runs through default.aspx.  Does anybody else have any experience working with throttling on DNN?

I have some more information on this issue.  It only appears to be an issue with IE.  When I use Firefox, the video stops buffering as soon as I close down the video window.

I hae not worked with throttling in this manner, as most of my clients that do a lot with Video playback have resorted to using CDN services.
