I am running DNN 5.4.3 and have run into an issue were the HTML based order confirmation emails sent from my Smith Cart Shopping Cart module are being sent as Plain text and look like garbage. The following link points to a bug tracker for an issue that was suppose to be verified resolved in 5.4.2. Any ideas how to work around this issue?

With the project being open source, you could open the project, apply a patch, and apply it to your site.  Otherwise, you're going to have to wait for the next release.  I cannot speak for the engineering team, but hopefully this fix will be in the next release - due out later this month.  The issue is marked "Complete," so I remain hopeful.  :)
