I'm new at this and over my head unless things are working well.  Unfortunately, things aren't working well.

The problem:  My site indianrun.org sometimes takes a very long time to load (10, 20, or even 30 seconds).

What I've already done:
  • pinging indianrun.org/dnn/keepalive.aspx every fifteen minutes from another server and logging the response time.  (sample of log posted below)
  • checked with host (GoDaddy).  They have checked the site several times.  Twice in their tests, they have initially received a sql error in the database but they can't repeat the issue.  They've checked other sites on this server and they don't seem to have problems.
  • I've manually recycled the app pools on the server but that doesn't seem to help
About my site:
It's really a pretty basic site.  The only module I've installed is EasyMod by Dr. Nuke.  It doesn't get much traffic but it's going to get even less if I don't speed the performance up.

Sample of the log.  The variables are date/time accessed, address, length of returned message, elapsed time in seconds between start of process and end of process.
