No Changes were made to the site. I added the AD Provider yesterday with no issues.

did you modify database access? please check connection strings in your web.config file.

Nothing was modified in the web.config file, should I have changed something with the connection strings?

I did use the impersonate functionality for using the AD Provider.

with impersonate, you may have changed the user accessing the site and need a dedicated user for SQL server instead of integrated security - which would use the web user to access the database and therefore require SQL Server access for every windows user - which is not intended.
