Hello,
I am new to these forums, as I have a peculiar problem. When certain users visit one of my websites running DNN 5.02.01 using the latest Firefox for Windows, they are forwarded to an error page with the following string after my website name in the URL: error=Value+cannot+be+null.%0d%0aParameter+name%3a+String&content=0

The page just says "DotNetNuke Error" then "An error has occurred" twice.

I cannot reproduce the error with the same version of firefox, but my client has sent me screenshots confirming that he is experiencing it, and has had several of his customers report the same problem. Had him clear cookies, temp, etc but he still gets the error.

Below is a copy of what appears to be the corresponding event from Event Viewer:

Can anyone shed some light on what I might do to resolve this? I read somewhere to restart ISS, but this was unsuccessful.

Thank you for your time.

You might try upgrading to the latest release of DNN as there have been a number of browser related fixes since your version

it looks like the skin of your site is using an old menu, which is causing the issue.
