Hi,
what can i do to have my pages load faster , when i am using dial up connection?

Couple of pointers:

  • make sure you use compression
  • use as few css files as possible (group css files into one)
  • make sure you use few images, and make them as small as possible
  • don't use any jquery and ajax functionality, since this requires extra javascript files

In the past, when dial up was common, it was also quite common to have a text-only version of a website, much like we have mobile versions now (which are optimized as well)
