Just tried 6.1.1 and the Gzip still messing with modules with AJAX like FAQ, MAP, Menu, File Manager etc...in share hosting environment. I believe many people are having the same problems for like...2 years?

Is there plan to fix this problem? Setting up Snapsis page blaster every time just for gzip is troublesome.

Its an ongoing issue - best left turned off.  Where possible you should instead turn on compression at the server level.
