Maybe it comes from Windows or IIS6, I have the same question, seemly it's not DNN's issue.
I have one dnn6.* website, it's absolutely great on my personal computer. However, the cache issues come up after I migrated it to our server(windows2003+IIS6), it almost make me crazy.
So far I'm still working on to resolve it.....

We were having the same problems here. After an extensive search it seemed to be a webservercaching issue and needed some extra configuration in DNN / IIS.

Creating a webfarm for your dotnetnuke site

I hope this helps anyone out who's running his DNN website with a hughe hoster with a webfarm.
