hello,

the storgae company complains that our website, www.pongo.co.il, is using 55-70% of the cpu.

i improved some things in the website ( incluse decreasing the main pages within 43% ), but the storage company still says that the website is using high CPU.

do you have any suggestions how can i decrease the CPU usgae ? or what causing this ?
we use DNN 06.02.03, the newest version avialable.

thank you,
adi damty

Well - it's telling you what that exception is caused by... "The file '/imageTool.aspx' does not exist".

I happen to have a clean install of DNN - installed yesterday. There is no imageTool.aspx in it. So the choices seem to be:
- some third party tool/module on your site is now broken
- some virus has managed to drop part if it's payload on there but is missing this specific file

I suggest you recover a backup from BEFORE this was a problem and see if there was such a file in that backup.

Can't say with certainty if it's the cause of high CPU use, but it could be.

Best wishes,
