Arvixe is saying this is a buggy code and DotNetNuke has bugs in their code. So thay ask us to fix it ourselves. Please advise if there is anything if we can do.

In between I am not recommending any more to anyone go to Arvixe to host your DotNetNuke applications until they fix these kind of issues. Its better to go to another hosting provider.

Arvixe has not such a technical knowledge. They are not taking the irresponsibility and do not try to fix an issue permanently.

Arvixe was good. But now it is not.

I should have asked if this is a new installation or one that has stopped working.

If the former, how did you do the install?

If the latter, did you make any changes prior to this problem appearing? What changes did you make?

FYI, DotNetNuke is not "buggy code." Certainly all software has bugs but ... that's a terrible support answer!

Toward the bottom of the error that is in your original message is this:

The worker process for application pool 'optometriaportugal.com v4.0 (Integrated)' encountered an error 'Configuration file is not well-formed XML'

I can't tell if this refers to web.config or another configuration file. If the problem is in web.config, have you edited that file manually? If it's another configuration file, that would point back to an error with IIS or the AppPool.

I've upgraded from dnn 5.1.X to DNN 5.2.4 though papaya upgrading module. I've used this module for all other sites and wasnt any issues. Is there any specific error/bug with dnn 6.2.4 version?

Anyway when I am trying to upgrade to 6.2.5 it is giving an error and saying something like "zero length file can not"...

Anyway.. plz advise us a solution. What could be the continuous failing with 5-3 error n every hours?

I would suggest that you revert to the 5.1 installation and make a local copy to test the upgrade process.

I'm not aware of bugs, but I'm not sure that I've got any sites running 6.2.5. I do have some running 6.1.5 without errors, and have not had any trouble upgrading other sites to 7.0.

It's been a while since I've looked at the Papaya module, so I don't know if there are errors induced by using it. Mostly, though, it just uses the DotNetNuke upgrade package.
