Hi,

Have you contacted Arvixe support yet? Do you have a ticket number with them? They will be able to assist you if you have an open ticket with them. There is also some information you should remove from the post as it details information you may not want the public to have.

Regards,

This is the detailed information that I have from the ticket created on Arvixe. The problem continues and I have no one to help me to solve this problem. This is the only error message that I have from the ticket, I need to know if this ever happened to anyone and how they solved it, I know that this problem is common but can not find the solution.

I have the same problem and I am also using DNN 6.2.4 and hosted on Arvixe (Allium server). I have reported this error t Arvixe support team more than 100 times. But they don't have such a technical knowledge. Just fixing and crashing it again and again. I think there is no point of waiting for their poor support. Only solution is solving it our selves or moving to another hosting provider.

It does look like an IIS issue. I can't tell enough from the error what it might be, though. Should be something in the IIS or server logs and your hosting provider will need to deal with that.

And, should they not be able to deal with it, you certainly will be better off with a hosting provider who can deal with such problems.
