Does this mean that DNN 7.1+ is certified to work on 4.5.1?

DNN is certified to work with ASP.Net 4 and 4.5 and ASP.Net 4.5.1 doesn't change any existing interfaces.
We applied it to all our DNN web servers w/o issues.
