I have 8 DNN sites running on Windows 2008 R2.  The server currently only has 3 GBs of RAM but in a few weeks I'll be able to allocated at least 4GBs.  I'm running dedicated application pools per site...  Each averages around 80 MBs each...  A few are close to 200MBs...  Is this normal?  I almost want to move away from dedicated app pools but I know it's far more reliable and safe than not doing it...  The app pools are this size even when the server initially boots and/or when the app pools are recycled.. So, this is at minimum their size..  I assume this is normal?

this is normal size, and as long as you are using dedicated DNN installations per website, you won't get much benefit from using a single application pool.

I have DNN 07.01.01 on Very famous hosting provider with 2GB space / 40GB bandwidth and 150MB IIS. This is 75groupinternational.com domain and there is not too much visitor per day yet, about 10-50 visits only. but if you login and want to change something it will be get server error 503. if you want make this website maybe you get more than 50 time per day!

What is exact problem? Dnn? all modules? IIS? what is problem?

thanks

150MB RAM would not be sufficient, if you have a couple of larger modules like Forums, Blog etc. in your site.

Dear Sebastian

Thank you for your answer, I instal these extensions but never used yet. this is new dnn portal 75groupinternational.com or thistle9.com both have problem, for example if you go to contact us page, and without any typing in feedback form send form (empty form sending to get error for filling form) after that you have an error sometime.  or when I open module settings, or when I go to Site Setting page only!

Using this website not yet start by several client and it has problem at start.
