If I turn on Enable Composite Files, the admin menu instead of being horizontal at top and taking about 24 px high, is vertical and takes about 700 px high. It is extremely hard to select anything when it is vertical. I notice that the admin | controlpanel | module.css has this before being combined/minimized:
#dnnCPWrap {
    background: -moz-linear-gradient(center top , #F3F3F3 0%, #CFCFCF 100%) repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
    border: 1px solid #999999;
    left: 0;
    padding: 6px 0;
    position: fixed;
    top: 0;
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 10000;
}
and after:
/* Default Over-rides */
#ControlPanelWrapper #dnnCPWrap        { filter:none !important;}
How do i troubleshoot and fix this problem. I have not modified module.css, this is standard from installation.
BTW, DNN guys, I wanted to search forums for answer, but search returns a 404 error after you enter search term and hit enter.

I just noticed this:

<body id="Body" style="margin-top: 2442px;">

default.aspx only has <body id="Body" runat="server">
It is not there if you are logged in but have composite files disabled
It is not there if you are not logged in but have composite files enabled.
This is only there if composite files are enabled and you are logged in. Since this is an inline style, where is it coming from?
