My site upgraded to DNN 7.0.6 from an older version.

The site has a performance issue for a long time.

Now it has come to the worst point.

I can not save any changes (creating a new page or changing the content of an existing module). If I can open it and do the changes and save it in less than about 30 seconds, then it will save. Otherwise it will happen nothing.

The server is Arvixe.

What could be the issue? How can I find this? any advises are appreciated.

What should I ask from hosting provider to do?

3597 registered users in the users table. But less than 10 users are accessing the site at any time. (checking through real-time Google Analytic.) 

1192 Tabs in the Tabs table. I need to add pages for each new users. So it is counting.

100867 files in the Files table.

I did nothing to  transaction log, Eventlog, ScheduleHistory, Search tables.
