Yes. I saw two other duplicate records for he same server name in the webserver table. I deleted duplicate records and cleared the cache and restarted the application pool and the Application.

Seems that fixed the issue for now. Hope this will the solution. I'll update this thread if I have the same issue after an hour.

Thank you for your great solution and the suggestion.

Hi,

The problem is coming in a different way now. This is the eventlog error message. Please can you advise?
