thank you for your question. I missed to update the description and just fixed that. The current version runs with DNN 7.3.1 as well, as there is only one modified stored procedure in DNN 7.3.1 (which still needs to be fixed in 7.3.2), which is not touched by the TurboSQL scripts.
Due to this miminal changes, you may just upgrade DNN from 7.3.0 to 7.3.1 without additional actions, if you already applied the scripts.
In all other cases, you should download latest version of the script package and run TurboUnSchema.sql prior to applying the upgrade. Afterwards you may run TurboDNN.sql and TurboSchema.sql to get best performance for your websites.
Although DNN Dev team improved performance of the platform, you will still notice an obvious performance boost, even on small sites, while large DNNs with many registered users, many websites and many pages will benefit most from optimized indexes, indexed views and more efficient stored procedures.
