Help!

All the modules on my site suddenly show Module Expired - 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM and now I have over 200 pages without content as far as the user is concerned.

Any thoughts on why this would suddenly happen (site has been running for two years). Only change recently was upgrade from 8.1 to 8.2, so far other portals all "seem" fine.

Thank you!

David Green

I am not aware of an upgrade statement causing this. Do you have a database backup to check the previous value?

David - are you saying that you upgraded and after the upgrade the site didn't work?

Or is it that you upgraded and the site worked properly. Some time later it mysteriously stopped working?

It was very interesting, everything was fine for about 4 days, and then this morning all the modules on the site "expired" and were invisible to all users. When logged in as admin and in edit mode you could see they all had "Module Expired - 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM " on them. Nothing was done that should have triggered this at all. The only thing done recently was the upgrade from 8.1 to 8.2.

After talking with DNN support... all that had to be done was Publish the home page, and all the pages and modules came back... but they had no explanation for why it would have happened in the first place. Very weird.

weird indeed. I haven't seen it on any sites of of our clients - who all are using DNN Platform 7.4.2 (which Evoq 8.2 is built on)
