I upgraded to 8.0.3 about a week ago and have been looking at the LogViewer to make sure everything is working fine.  I have been able to solve a few items but this error keeps popping up.  I am NOT sure the error was there before the upgrade.  I can't look at the logs prior to the upgrade as I cleared the logs after the upgrade.

 The summary line states

did you make sure your hosting environment meets the requirements of DNN (.Net 4.5.1 or later installed)?

.NET 4.6.1 and updates are installed on the server.

However, when I look at the Application Pool for my DNN site it shows V4.0, i.e. 4.0.30319

The drop down box to change it only has v4.0.30319 and v2.0.50727

App Pools just display the major version, this is correct.
However, you might need to register the proper version to be used by running aspnet_regiis command.

Ran aspnet_regiss, register was successful, but it did not solve the problem.

Same exact error.
