My DNN website is hit or miss when it comes to loading the stylesheets and images.  This is especially a problem when I do a hard refresh or a normal refresh.  When the page doesn't load the files, I solve it by either clicking a link to the page or opening another browser and loading the page.  When I do a normal page load, all the files load - most of the time.  Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?  I have DNN 9.01.01 and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (SP3).  My site is here:  http://testwww.onepartner.com.

Is there anything that I can do to remedy the situation (edit skin files or DNN files?).  I'm a front end designer so don't have knowledge of servers and back end.  If this is a server issue, I do have people to help but I need to give them specifics on what to look for.

Thank you,
Gina

Use your browser's developer tools (probably by hitting F12). Look on the network tab to see what the actual result is when the browser requests stylesheets and images.

Once you know this you will have evidence. That will help determine if it is a server issue or not.

Thank you Richard! I ran a test with chrome dev tools.  I need to do some research on how to read the results; I have a lot of experience with the elements and console tabs but not network. I also forgot to mention, I get the same results when I test in Chrome, FF, Safari on mac and Chrome, IE, FF on windows, so it doesn't seem to be a browser specific issue.

In the meantime, I uploaded a few screenshots of the network tab results:

Bad load: http://testwww.onepartner.com/Portals/_default/Skins/OnePartnerFull/images/index_bad_load.png

Good load: http://testwww.onepartner.com/Portals/_default/Skins/OnePartnerFull/images/index_good_load.png

If anybody has any insight, I'd appreciate it!
Thanks.
