I recently purchased Custom Forms Pro- 02.02.20 in order to add a contact form to my website. Where do I go or what module do I use to upload this?

Although I'm not familiar with that particular module, it's install package should install into DotNetNuke like any other module:

When logged in as Host user, navigate to Host --> Module Definitions then click on Install Module at the very bottom right side of the page. Click Browse to select the module package zip file to be installed then click Next. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. Following installation, the module should be available to add to the page of your choice in the module drop-down list in the control panel at the top of the page.

Thank you. That is exactly what I needed to know. I've loaded it add tried to add the module but then I receive this message: A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Do you know what this means?

You will need to contact the module developer/vendor for more specific assistance. However, please check the following:

  • Confirm that the module version is compatible with the version of DotNetNuke that your site has installed.
  • During the installation of the module, did you note any error messages?
  • When logged in as host (preferably) or admin, you may see a more detailed error message when hitting the page where the module was added.
  • When logged in as host or admin, navigate to Admin --> Event Viewer and look for errors related to the module. The complete error message and most importantly the Stack Trace will be helpful to the developer in solving the problem.
