DNN 5.1.4 - Is there a way to delete a skin or third party module?

From the "Extensions" page, click to edit the item, then select "delete".  ENsure that the "Delete files" option is selected.

The delete option is not available. The Edit Extension page only has "Update Module" under extension settings and "cancel" as an option below package settings.

Did you get resolution to this? I uploaded some legacy skin stuff into DNN 5.0 through the admin->Extensions and I can't delete anything the only way I've found is to delete the files and troll the database but there is no delete option even if I go into hosts->extensions and if I try to reinstall any of the packages it gets all mad
