Hi Folks,

Question 1: If I have a button on an Adobe Flash movie and I want it to go to a DNN page, what is the best way to do that? I have done this before by using a URL but it might not have been in conformance with “best practices”. Is there any documentation on this?

Question 2: I am still on the low end of the Silverlight/MS Expression learning curve but it seems like that multimedia application would integrate better with DNN, correct?

 Thanks,
   G. M.

If you are working from flash, typically a standard hyperlink is going to be your best bet.

With Silverlight you can get access to DotNetNuke API's since it is .NET as well.  So yes, you can do an easier, tighter integration that way.

Thanks for the info Mitchel,

I like Flash. It has excellent multimedia capabilities but I’ll have to redouble my efforts to learn Silverlight/MS Expression. The integration with the .NET Framework can’t be ignored and I have noticed that Silverlight multimedia capabilities have improved and continue to get better.
