I'm seeking a module that works a lot like the facebook news feed. This is more like a story feed which informs users of the latest uploads, actions and wall updates. I assumed the what's new module has some of this functionality. I used it before and it worked fine. However, I'm a little confused with this new version. I loaded it to a page and it lists information about the latest changes in the module. The only problem is that it does not seem to have any settings! Has anyone played with this module? How do you get it to remove that static info and start showing new activity?

The What's New module just lists changs made in the platform.  I know nthe module you are talking about but that's not distributed anymore, you could probably find one on www.snowcovered.com to do the same thing.

The old whats new module is still on codeplex. If it works I don't know.

Thanks Jan,

I did take a peek on snowcovered and saw a lot of RSS feeds. I could not find any modules that did story feeds like facebook has. I do know that the Smart-Social suite has this module, but I cannot get it to work with my existing profile module made by another company. This module does have a "stand alone" and "custom" config option. But, neither one of them seem to make the module respond to my existing modules activity.
