I bought the Twitter Module from coding staff and haven't been able to have it connect with twitter.

The error message: "The twitter server is unavailable or module options are incorrect."

I am running DNN 5.3.1.

Has anyone had this problem?  I submitted a ticket to Coding Staff.

You will probably have better luck with them direct then here, but ill offer my two cents without having seen the module ;)  Is the module installed on a firewalled webserver?  Generally modules that have to speak the outside world have trouble connecting unless the firewall is configured to allow them to.

Hi Michael, You might want to contact our support dept. via http://www.codingstaff.com/contact-us Nick, appreciate your comment, you got it right to the spot. Firewall settings is what nearly 90% of Twitter mod. support questions are related to. Cheers, Mikita, Coding Staff
