this error has been reported in another thread today as well. please log it at support.dotnetnuke.com. If the module gets installed and behaves properly, you might ignore it.

This issue happens when I upgraded my DNN from verion 4.8.1 to 5.4.1. I was able to install catalook store modules through Host > Extensions with no errors, but now it seems that get an error when installing other modules like Taxonomy or Announcement modules. Also it looks like the module's version gets updated even though I receive this error. For instance, when I upgraded the Blog module, the module did upgrade with the above errors but the news module didn't function properly. For example I can't save new blog entries. I did report this to support.dotnetnuke.com. I hope this gets fixed.

The solution for this problem was for me to delete the eventqueue.config file from portals\_default\eventqueue (create backup first)
