With DNN 05.02.02 (on a test server), I added the "Users and roles" module on a custom page.
Now I'm trying to do the same thing on my production server (DNN 05.04.01) but I don't find the "Users and roles" module in the dropdownlist.
Has this feature disappeared ? Is there a way to get it back (I see it exists in the extensions, should I export it and import it with a different name ?)

Hi - I'm running into the same problem as you.
Did you have to reinstall the Users and Roles module, because I can't find it anywhere in the framework.

I had this problem after an upgrade - could not find Users and Roles.
 
 If you look in Admin/Site Settings/Host Settings you may find that Users and Roles is listed in Available Modules but not in Selected modules.
 Select the module and use the arrow to make available for the your portal.
 
 This seems to be a new configuration default since 5.51 (I think) which seems to be confirmed as this was the state of the Users and Roles module in a recent clean install of 5.51 on my localhost.

Not sure if this is a bug or a good security idea - I  suspect it is the latter.
