Hi all,

I am wanting to display a red text box with white letters and some words in it.  Part of the text would be a two calculated dates. Both like =DateDiff("d",Date1,Date()).  I would prefer to have a user group (Non-Admin) have permission to update one of the calculated dates (Date1 in the formula). What would be the best tool for this?

Thanks In Advance,
Raemil Billings

I'm not aware of a module that will do exactly this, so I'd recommend the Text/HTML module with some custom jQuery code. Put a div in the Text/HTML module with what you want to display, and add a class so that you can style it to your needs. Put the dates also in the Text/HTML module but put them in some divs that aren't displayed. Use some jQuery to grab the dates, do the date arithmetic, and put the calculated text in the appropriate place. If you make the module editable only by admins, they will be able to change the dates.
