I'm using the 4.4.3 version of the DNN forum module. The forum is Public/No moderation

the issue relates to the attachments for posted topics or when replying to a topic. When creating a new topic the section for attachments is present but the option to upload files is not present except for administrators. The drop down box's to access the files on the host server are present it's just the ability to upload documents from the users computer that is missing.

I have selected the "Post Attachments" option in Admin>General Settings
User has the "Attachments" option selected in Admin>Manage Forums/Groups
User has read and edit rights to the relevant folders
User has read and edit access to the page containing the forum. The user can upload a picture in a text/html module in the same page as the forum.
