Probelm insert in table

Good evening, first of all excuse my English i'm portuguese.
I'm having a problem to build a small module in DNN module that inserts into a table only a field mail. until here everything ok.
When I enter the admin site as it enters the data in the table but if a user who accesses the site and also enter the same information does not enter anything in the table.

this should work for any user, like in feedback module. I suggest adding some progress information (e.g. shown as popup or logged to the event log) into the update procedure to determine, where it is failing.

Good morning, first of all thank Leupold, how can I do this? I intend to do as I specified above to make a subscription to a NEWSLETTER which is a mail sent and saved in the database the person who signed it.
Only when a user is not admin does not leave the writing table.
if necessary I put here the code I'm using. Thanks

within your code, you should add statements providing feedback - or use the debugger on your local machine, to see what is happening.

What is going to do the debug and the following:
the user with ADMIN it happening in my code and enter data with a registered user but is not there so do not enter. urgent help sorry
