A year ago we had never heard of DNN and had a DNN developer create a DNN site for us from the ground up including writing custom modules.

Through the year we have from time to time discovered bugs where the module does unexpected things. Obviously, we don't like to find them and our developer each time has hemmed and hawed about fixing them.

This time we discovered in a module he created that if a " is used in an input field the module fails.

This time he sent the source code and told me its not his responsibility.

I'd be curious for the forums feedback on this.

This would depend on the contract you had with the programmer.

When I do dnn work I normally give 30 days of support after the client signs off for bug fixes and training, after that, there are fees for fixing bugs and any other time spent on the project.

Thank you,
