Hello,

As here in my website I have used "Forms & Lists" module. In this module I need to make one field with datatype "LookUp" which is relate with another table data. e.g. Employee table having one field "Card Type" which is linked with Card Type Table > "Name" field. When I open Employee module all Card Type should filled up in that Lookup and I can select one of them.

Please assist me how I can implement this scenario.

Thanks & Regards,

Kaushal Jani
