I'm having a problem  with The  Effority User Directory Module when I upgrade my DNN community site to 5.6.1.  If I remove the app code section for the directory and remove the <add directoryName="effority.UserDirectory" /> from the web.config, the upgrade works fine, but if I leave it in this is what I get:

Compilation Error

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

You will want to get with the module developer to get things resolved.

Here's the fix for it if anyone's looking for it:
Add System. in front of Collections.DictionaryEntry on line 72 and 78 corrects the issue.

great, thanks for the solution. please add it to the project issue tracker on codeplex as well, so Benjamin and Oliver may incorporate the fix in their next release.

sorry to bump an old thread but this fix fixed the error as per thread starters initial post. But i get an error on the page where the module is placed:

Error: User Directory is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: A column named 'Email' already belongs to this DataTable. ---> System.Data.DuplicateNameException: A column named 'Email' already belongs to this DataTable. at System.Data.DataColumnCollection.RegisterColumnName(String name, DataColumn column, DataTable table) at System.Data.DataColumnCollection.BaseAdd(DataColumn column) at System.Data.DataColumnCollection.AddAt(Int32 index, DataColumn column) at System.Data.DataColumnCollection.Add(String columnName) at effority.UserDirectory.View.GetUserTable(Boolean FromCache) at effority.UserDirectory.View.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

any ideas?
